Data Privacy Policy for Newsletter

On our website, you can subscribe to a newsletter. If you subscribe to the newsletter, we collect and store the data you enter in the input screen (e.g. second name, first name, email address). There will be no forwarding to any third parties. The subscription to the newsletter is possible with your consent only. The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Data Privacy Policy for Job Applications

If you apply for a job – either directly or through an external recruitment service provider – we will process the personal data received from you in our IT systems respectively store them locked-up in hardcopy.
If you commence employment with us your application data will be integrated into our HR administration. If you do not commence employment with us we will keep your personal data up to 6 months after our recruitment decision. In case we wish to keep your application data for a longer period (e.g. for future further recruitment) we will ask for your consent for an extended data retention period. 
Except as to the involvement of external advisors into our recruitment decision your data will remain in our company only; in case we wish to share your data within our group of companies we will ask for your prior consent.
